As the sun reappears and the temperatures rise, it’s time to say farewell to our beloved winter season. Before you pack away your skis and skates, here's a friendly reminder:
🚴♂️ Bike and Ski Trails: Proceed with caution! While the snow is melting, trails can get slushy and slippery. It's like biking on a giant, unpredictable Slurpee! Winter Recreation Trails at Tor Hill Golf Course are closed for the season due to warm and wet conditions.
⛸️ Outdoor Rinks: Mind the puddles! Keep an eye out for soft spots and melting zones. Your safety is our top priority! City Outdoor rinks are now closed as the ice is no longer safe to skate on.
☀️ Stay Safe! Enjoy the last glimmers of winter, and get ready to welcome spring's bloom. 🌷

We are the champions of winter! We leverage winter as an asset to strengthen our economy and improve our quality of life. Residents and visitors celebrate and embrace all aspects of winter living in Regina.
Since the Winter City Strategy launched in 2021, many new programs, events and amenities are being made available for the community to express, experience, and embrace winter. To keep the momentum going and assist with ongoing planning, we are seeking resident feedback on the 2023/24 winter season. This feedback survey will take approximately two minutes to complete. All of your responses are anonymous and confidential. The results from this survey will help us develop new actions as we continue to grow our Winter City Strategy.
Thank you for your participation in making Regina a Winter City.
