The City has retained a consultant to undertake a Planning Study that will provide a framework for sustainable growth, investment and improvements. The goal is to ensure Centre Square thrives as a vibrant, connected, and welcoming part of Regina.

A background study has been finalized by the project’s consultants. It provides baseline information about the neighbourhood’s existing conditions, as well as observations on constraints and opportunities that will be used to feed further analysis as the project proceeds.
Phase 1 of the project involves preparing a background study to review the existing conditions and constraints. The consulting team also conducted an in-person site assessment of the neighbourhood. When the background study is finalized, it will be posted on this project page.
