Centre Square, formerly known as the Transition Area, is a centrally located neighbourhood recognized for its historic residential character and close connections to both Downtown and Wascana Park. The neighbourhood is bordered by Albert Street, Broad Street, College Avenue, and Victoria Avenue. The neighbourhood provides an opportunity for investment and population growth to support its revitalization. The City has retained a consultant to undertake a Planning Study that will provide a framework for sustainable growth, investment and improvements. The goal is to ensure Centre Square thrives as a vibrant, connected, and welcoming part of Regina.
