Regina Transit Master Plan

The City of Regina is working on a plan for the future of our public transit system. The Regina Transit Master Plan will identify actions to guide short and long-term decision- making for Regina Transit and Paratransit to implement over the next 25 years.

We want to make sure transit is convenient, sustainable, and accessible for residents across the city. From how you use transit to what we can improve, we’re looking for input on all aspects of transit.

Earlier this year you shared your thoughts on the future of Regina transit to help the City develop the Regina Transit Master Plan. Your input to date focused on:

  • Transit Routes and Services (how you get around Regina)
  • Paratransit / Door-to-Door Service (services, eligibility, and accessibility)
  • Customer Experiences (stops, hubs, and fleet)
  • Fares and Trip Planning (how you plan your trip)

Our current survey further explores these topics. We recognize that the past 18 months have not been transit-as-usual and we are asking that you imagine transit in Regina moving forward over the next 10 years as you answer questions in this next round of engagement.

Review our draft recommendations, look at the feedback we received on our draft transit plan and ideas shared by Regina residents.

The Regina Transit Master Plan will be presented to City Council early in 2022.
