Public Survey

The Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre may be well known within Regina's arts community but less is understood about its profile and perception among the broader public. 

As City of Regina Administration prepares to develop a new strategic cultural plan, there is a need to increase awareness of the Centre and gather data that will help inform future programming priorities, audience development efforts and long-term organizational direction. 

This survey will be open from September 8 to October 7, 2026. It asks questions to gather your input to inform future decision-making.
