Centre Square, formerly known as the Transition Area, is a centrally located neighbourhood recognized for its historic residential character and close connections to both Downtown and Wascana Park.

The Centre Square Planning Study will help set a long-term vision for the neighbourhood and provide a roadmap for sustainable growth, reinvestment in housing and businesses, and improvements to public infrastructure and amenities (sidewalks, streetscapes, green spaces). Our goal is to ensure Centre Square continues to thrive as a vibrant, connected, and welcoming part of Regina.
