The multi-year budgeting approach supports longer-term budget planning to strengthen City programs and advance City strategic priorities.The City&#39;s strategic priority areas are:<ul><li>Economic prosperity</li><li>Community safety &amp;well-being</li><li>Environmental sustainability</li><li>Operational excellence</li><li>Creating a vibrant community</li></ul>To inform the budget conversation at Council, we are looking to better understand resident priorities for spending. Expanding Citywide Housing Options

It is a multi-year project which builds upon existing pathways and creates new connections between key central Regina locations. Intended to support both commuter and recreational uses, the Central Loop Trail will get you where you need to go, whether it&rsquo;s the Wascana Pool, Mosaic Stadium, or the newly rebuilt Dewdney Avenue in the Warehouse District.We are seeking feedback about how you want to experience this pathway; what are important cultural and historical spaces near and along the pathway.Please use the <a href="https://beheard.regina.ca/community-connector-pathway/brainstormers/placemaking" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ideas </a>and <a href="https://beheard.regina.ca/community-connector-pathway/maps/the-planned-route" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Map </a>tools below to share your thoughts on amenities, interpretive sites, landscape design, art installations and signage along the path.
