Accessibility Plan Survey

Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to gather input from residents of Regina on the City’s progress with the Accessibility Plan.

What you will do: You are invited to take five minutes to answer the questions below. You will not be asked to provide your name or any other information that may directly identify you or another individual on this form. This survey will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on March 2, 2026.

How we will use your responses: The responses will inform a report to City Council, providing an update on the progress made on the City’s Accessibility Plan. Responses to this survey will only be shared as summaries so individuals cannot be identified. Individual responses are anonymous and will be kept confidential.
