Regina Planning Commission to Consider Amendment to the Regina Downtown Neighbourhood Plan to Support Next Steps for the Scarth Street Mall

The Regina Planning Commission will be considering an amendment to the Official Community Plan’s Regina Downtown Neighbourhood Plan related to the Revitalization of Scarth Street Mall on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The recommendation supports maintaining Scarth Street Mall as a pedestrian-only space. The report outlining the recommendations can be found at Regina.ca/Meetings.

The deadline to register as a delegate for Regina Planning Commission is Monday, March 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.

Regina City Council will then consider this item on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The deadline to register as a delegate for that City Council meeting will be Monday, April 7, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
