Some of my favourite memories from our Saskatchewan winters was always walking to elementary school in the 80s. After the streets were plowed the snow banks on the side of the road use to be like 6feet tall. It was always fun walking along and playing on them with friends coming home from school. Sometimes unfortunately would end up with a boot full of snow. Also after they plowed the parking lot and before removal of the gigantic mountain of snow, we would play king of the hill.
I no longer do this as an adult but always think about when I see these mountains of snow.
