Why Engage?
In support of its vision “to be Canada's most vibrant, inclusive, attractive, sustainable community, where people live in harmony and thrive in opportunity”, the City of Regina is committed to providing residents and stakeholders with meaningful opportunities to engage.
The City of Regina bases its engagement on the principles of the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), including a core value that those who are affected by a decision have a right to be involved in the decision-making process.
The Be Heard Regina online community is one avenue that residents can have their say and influence policy and decisions at the City.
Be Heard
The City recently launched Be Heard Regina in late February 2020. By signing up, you can be kept up to date on City projects and be notified of ways to provide input. This online community is a new approach, profiling City engagement opportunities in one place and building a community of interested residents and stakeholders.
How can you engage?
Be Heard Regina will offer useful input tools for a variety of projects in one convenient place online. Tools include options like surveys, forums, Q&As, polls and more.
