Background Research

The project consultants have completed background research analyzing North Central's demographics and existing conditions including, but not limited to, land use, development, urban design, transportation and community services. With insights from existing City of Regina bylaws and policies, as well as relevant initiatives such as kâ-nâsihcikêwin, the City's Indigenous Framework, the research is an important resource and foundation for the project. This analysis and community engagement will help the City build on that foundation and chart a path forward.
