Melody of the Seasons

The Black-capped Chickadee is the official bird of Regina! To celebrate this special bird, artist Madison Pascal painted Melody of the Seasons. This painting represents our community’s commitment to environmental stewardship and the wellbeing of its bird populations, increasing awareness about Bird Friendly Regina, and the importance of creating Bird-friendly urban environments. This painting has been donated to the City of Regina and is currently on display in Meeting Room D in City Hall.
